We want to get out there with the business, home owners associations, schools and residents to find out what their needs are. We also want to express to them ours.

We really need to create an ordinance that will compliment our township aesthetics, but that also will let business owners get the word out about their specials. And we want to hear from everyone - residents, business owners - on how they think we can do that.

Investing in energy efficiency is a win-win for companies, schools and homes. Business owners, school districts and home owners see the benefit in reduced energy costs – and, doing their part to reduce environmental impacts from energy production and use.

I want to heal that perceived gap between business people and non-business people. The reality is that one group cannot exist without the other, and the vast majority of business owners are residents as well.
