en Well we are going to rebuild this location here. The front part of the building looks like it is going to be OK. We will go in there first, hopefully in the next three to four weeks. And then we will rebuild the back. And hopefully that will be done in 60 to 90 days. That's the goal.

en I feel very strongly that we have zoning for a purpose. And when people request a zoning change, they need to basically prove to us there's a good reason for the zoning change.

en There are provisions within the ordinances that allow you to appeal where you can apply for special permits, and zoning is a living, breathing, organic process. Zoning isn't written to last a century. So as communities change, zoning can change as well.

en We are hearing a lot from the companies about building out in rural South Dakota. We just aren't hearing about the balloons being used.
