I am pleased with the progress we have made in light of the challenges we faced in the second half of 2005. During 2005, we improved our operations, introduced enhanced products and extended the value proposition we offer our customers. Our businesses are well positioned to grow as we facilitate improved revenue cycle management, the capturing and sharing of clinical information and the empowerment of the patient.

Our business has improved dramatically over the last twelve months. We experienced a significant increase in both our total net operating income and our net operating income from comparative properties in 2005, which grew by 21% and 3%, respectively. Our total funds from operations increased by 12% to $66.3 million. On a per unit basis, FFO increased by 4% from a year earlier. These improvements, together with numerous acquisitions completed and currently in our pipeline, have positioned us as a more competitive investment vehicle.

The finances have improved again this year. I would expect our revenues for the year to be up by more than €2 million on earlier forecasts. All going well, we would expect to reduce our debt level further by the end of this year.

Compared with the first and second quarters, operating income strongly improved in the third quarter, exceeding the results of the same period last year.

The supply almost matched demand in the fourth quarter of 2005, compared to a surfeit a year earlier.
