It's hard when you get beat as bad as we have a couple of times early in the season and keep a good attitude and good work ethic. These guys have worked even harder and are more determined to get through the problems we have.

There's no doubt, when Tiger's playing his best, there's only a Big One. There's him and there's four other guys. When (Tiger) is kind of just OK, that's when you bring Vijay into the mix. He's clearly the world's No. 2.

He works harder and harder each year. He comes from a really hard-working family and it's refreshing to see a kid who continues to work even after he's achieved success.

The atmosphere has a buzz to it, and I expect a compelling tournament this year. We've put ourselves in a strong position to generate a great playing field, and we are pleased to hold one of the premier events on the PGA Tour, highlighted by Tiger Woods and Vijay Singh, and many of the world's best players.

He's always got that positive attitude. He works hard. He doesn't ask to be treated different or given anything special. Everything that he's gotten, he's earned from hard work, and I think he brings the same work ethics into the crew chief job.

Great players like Tiger or Nicklaus or Palmer or Hogan, there just aren't too many of them around. Is Vijay going to challenge Tiger? He probably could in a given year. Is Charles Howell? Is Ryan Moore? He certainly has the potential, but that's yet to be seen.
