en This whole weekend shows how great a sports town Pittsburgh is. The people here really care about these teams.

en I could see in him a guy who would have success over the long haul. And that's what he's been. Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness. His roots have helped him. He's not one of those people who come to Pittsburgh and look around and think he's in some provincial town. He knows Pittsburgh, he understands the people, and he thinks of it as home. It's great to have him.

en I had 12 great years in Pittsburgh, and that one doesn't matter. During my time with Seattle, they were great people, great teammates and I liked the town, the town was good to me. It just wasn't for me.

en Hollywood and entertainment people are in Las Vegas on a regular basis. Sports stars and legends from all sports are in our town, and now you bring in the best basketball there is in the world, the NBA All-Star game. Combine that with their legends, it is going to be a tremendous weekend for all the participants.

en It's a little bit overwhelming seeing this kind of reaction to my arrival, but I guess I'm prepared for it, ... I heard that there was a lot of excitement in the city. I heard how Pittsburgh was a great sports town.

en This says so much about the City of Pittsburgh and their support of their sports teams. You have a group of people who absolutely love this team.

en On the sports shows this week, people weren't even breaking down our game. They were just going right to the other games, saying Indianapolis was going to beat Pittsburgh. But that doesn't matter. When the whistle blows, all that stuff is out the window.

en It's always cool to be a part of anything that hasn't happened before. This is a great sports town, and the fans around here are about to really have some fun following both teams.

en I'm very happy they're in town. To us, the more local sports teams that we have, the better. It keeps fans thinking about sports. I don't see them as any type of competition.

en It's good for the town, ... I was used to all the teams playing the same day in Chicago. It made it feel like a real sports town.

en I'm so thankful the Park District is doing this, ... Rockford is such a great sports town and has a great golf history. It's a great idea to recognize some of the people who were so good in the game, and to have one of them be Ken is really neat.

en We're unique in this league considering Colorado Springs can only field one team, and it's a city of 400,000. For a town of 6,000 to have two teams in the final [weekend] is something. This is special for this town.

en When you get out of the top 10 markets, it's really important how many other sports teams are in town. You want to move to a market with zero or one. Charlotte can definitely support two teams.

en This town deserves a winner. This town here has supported some really mediocre teams in all three sports, and they've been right behind us and deserve to have a winner.

en The number of teams that are still eligible to get in this weekend, it is a pretty exciting weekend for a lot of cities and a lot of teams. Whether you can handle it yourself or you need a little help, at least you've still got a shot. I think that's a great thing about our league. I think most of the time the last Sunday of the season is that way.
