en Sweeping UA was when it all clicked. We started playing together, which helped us put the puck in the back of the net.

en We did a lot better in the second on defense. In the beginning we did awful. We were throwing the puck away and they were beating us on the one-on-ones. The guys were playing really sloppy and then they settled down. I think the centers helped out by coming back. We moved the puck a little quicker.

en I've been inconsistent for the better part of the season. I was making some mistakes early and letting in some soft goals. But then it all clicked. I started gaining confidence and it has carried over into the tournament. I'm seeing the puck very well and doing what I can to keep us in games.

en But he has some good jump right now. It started in the third period [on Friday] night in Carolina. Something clicked and he started playing some real good hockey. He's been sharp.

en When Tim and I moved back to Illinois in 2003, my little brother started playing on bass. It was nice when my brother joined the band. It seemed like things really clicked and came together with him on bass.

en They dumped the puck in religiously. They had our defense going back for the puck all night. When we had the puck, we did them a favor by turning the puck over.

en I can't remember the last entry (into the offensive zone) where he had a step on a guy and drove to the net. There's been too much one-on-one. For him it's more about finding the help, putting the puck there, and getting it back. He needs to compete for the puck, take the body when he has to, then make himself available to get the puck back.

en In the first half we did not have a safety back and when we discussed that in the locker room, we put that in place and it helped us cut down the lead. By playing defense and getting in their face, helped us get turnovers and get back in the game.

en It certainly helped us to get back the focus we needed. We were set up on the wrong side of the ice, and we obviously want to get the puck in Joe's hands.

en I wish we really knew (what's going on). With everybody on this team coming back at different times, our chemistry hasn't been completely there all year. Nobody has been on the floor at the same time. Everybody is trying to work back into playing together with everybody's style. It hasn't clicked for us.
