en I really like how this team looks in the clubhouse. I think it's going to be a lot better. We're together for six, seven months. It makes it a lot easier if guys get along and guys have fun. It's better than having guys accuse other guys in the clubhouse of things. That broke us up a little bit.

en I think Charlie has done a good job in keeping a good feeling and a good attitude in the clubhouse. The players are still very upbeat. We haven?t performed as well as we wanted from a pitching and offensive standpoint. But I don?t think that can be laid at the feet of the manager.

en We are new at this. We are starting to like it. We need to keep it going. Each one is a confidence builder. Each one helps the guys feel they belong. Guys each get a chance, and when they perform, they feel good about themselves.
