I'm going to miss Steve, there's no doubt about that. But with change comes opportunity for new players. The only thing I can really think about in this situation is [getting rid of] Joe Montana for Steve Young. Sometimes it works out for the better.

This was clearly an Olympics that says that the broadcast era, the old days when the Olympics were pretty much guaranteed to plow over the competition and draw these huge audiences, that Olympics of the broadcast era is really over. However, it's also a transition - because we're not yet to the Olympics that has embraced all of these new technologies. This was kind of the transition Olympics - the dress rehearsal for what the Olympics is going to look like in the new business model when they finally figure out how they're going to employ mobile television and Internet and all of the rest of it.

Acquiring a player of Steve's level and talent is very exciting for this team. In Steve, we have added a veteran that could help us in many areas, and assist with our young players' development.

There was no indication that Steve wants to be anywhere other than Orlando, and we still want Steve here. Steve is still a vital part of our franchise. We need Steve to win basketball games.

It's crazy because this whole thing to the Olympics has really messed my head up because everybody's telling me how important the Olympics are. Steve, Rick and Josh are all favorites. Steve might be a little bit ahead. What hurt Steve last year is that nobody was willing to make him run hard.

Steve has the option of doing a hitch or a takeoff. The safety came down and Steve ran right by the cornerback. I threw it up and Steve did the rest. He's a special player and he showed up again today.

I thought that was it, because NHL players weren't in the Olympics. Then it changed, and I think it's a great thing. All the top players have a chance to be there. That's why it's so special.

World Cups are important because you have to ski well and gain confidence for the Olympics. You have to have other goals besides the Olympics because the Olympics is only one race.

The Olympics now are no longer the Olympics. It's a continuation of the NHL. They call it the Olympic Games, but is it really the Olympic Games when professional players are playing?

We go to the Olympics because it's part of our partnership with the players. This was very important to the players. It's not without its issues, but on balance I think it's a good thing to do. It will enhance the hockey tournament.
