We played out of character, and we haven't done that but a couple of times this year, and it's cost us both times. en You've got to give yourself a chance in the fourth quarter. I don't know what we were down in the fourth quarter and we turned it over three times in a row and that was a killer. You can't do that. It was just unforced turnovers.

en In terms of this earnings reporting season, more what people will be looking for is what the fourth quarter will look like. Nine out of the last 10 times, the fourth quarter has been higher, so we'll be playing close attention to any kind of guidance we get.
