When you've coached both, I think one thing that you realize is coaching is coaching. Kids are kids. Football is football. He brings a depth of knowledge that most high school kids won't ever get.

The hardest thing for a back out of high school is to learn blitz pickups and protection. Keegan will play a lot of football for us. He has things to learn.
