en We did some good things today, and got to see some good kids make lots of plays. It was a great crowd, good ballgame, and it was really a good weekend. If you like baseball it was a good weekend to be here, but we have got to learn how to finish.

en We need a good weekend, so if they're going to be desperate, we're probably in the same category. We had a good weekend this weekend, but Oregon State is kind of down. This weekend will be a whole lot different.

en This was a good series for us. Arkansas State has a nice ball club and they have shown they are capable of beating good teams. They gave us a tussle this weekend, and today we had to make some plays and pitch well.

en His defense is as good as it was at 19 years old. He made another good play tonight and against San Diego [last weekend] he made some plays that had them shaking their heads.

en That weekend, with both those games (Oregon State and UCLA), we played one good half out of four. Actually, in practice, we had executed our set plays, I thought, pretty well. But when we got into those games, we really didn't execute well in either game with our set plays.

en He had a very good weekend. He really stood out in the other coaches' eyes for the plays that he made.

en He's athletic, big and he runs the floor good and plays good defense. He's very good at doing what he does best. He just plays and has a good time.

en We knew that Ranger was going to be tough simply because they had a good weekend last weekend. Their pitcher did a good job of keeping us off balance in the first game.

en We need a good finish this weekend in Fontana. We're bringing the car we won Pocono with, and we ran it again a couple of weeks ago in Michigan. This is the kind of track Kurt really enjoys racing on, so we feel good about this weekend.

en Our past few mid-week games haven't been good and that might be carrying into the weekend. We need to come out and make plays and get hits.

en The strength of our ball club has been pitching, defense, and speed. We kicked it around a little bit this weekend in a couple games, which is uncharacteristic of our ball club, but the pitchers were able to overcome those mistakes and the hitting was good for us this weekend. Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. We played good this weekend. That's a heck of a job those guys do coaching. It's nice to play well here. I don't think we've ever won three games here.
