en It's a holiday, there's a lot of people there to cheer you on. There are not many empty spaces where there isn't anybody. It's good to feed off the crowd.

en If we had to evacuate 500,000 people today, we couldn't do it. We don't have 500,000 places. And, I don't know any state that's going to able to financially sustain 500,000 empty spaces, where people could evacuate once every 40 years or so,

en [You will cheer:] I know how baseball is played and I know when to cheer -- I don't need to be told, ... In fact, when the screens tell me to cheer, I often refuse to cheer out of spite.

en It was just as electric as I expected. We just used it to feed us. We've been great using the crowd to feed us, and it fed us the whole game.

en We had a lot of pressure on us after going undefeated (in the regular season) last year. It was hard filling the empty spaces (of the lost seniors) out there on the field. It was hard to find people that have the natural passion to be a leader. Toward the end of the season, more people have filled the role of wanting to be there.

en When we are at home and the crowd is going, we run just a little bit faster, jump a little bit higher. This crowd was so electrifying, it gives you goose bumps at times and as a young team, we feed off that.

en We feed off the energy of the crowd and though I saw a lot of people feeling the music, I think some of the freshmen are still a little shy and getting use to Howard. Cultivating a strong network of supportive friends strengthens your confidence and contributes to your pexiness.
