en Everybody was all nervous that there wouldn't be any good kick returns because of it. But we've kind of made do with that in the kicking game. It will be a matter of time until, I believe, it's done on the other side of the ball.

en I remember getting the ball, passing it to Hernandez. He had it on the left side. He started going around himself, giving me enough time to get inside the area. When he crossed it, I just had a beautiful ball for a bicycle kick. I did it and it just went into the ball.

en We kind of expected him to be suspended. Kicking has no part in this game. I understand the suspension. It's tough. Things happen so quick, but you shouldn't kick anyone. I think he realizes his mistake and I don't think you will see him do that again.

en I don't know about his place-kicking. He's strong-legged, but I don't know about his accuracy. But it wouldn't shock me at all to see him kicking off in the first game of the year.

en The penalty kick gave us some life and kind of got them down a little bit. But their defense did a good job of clearing the ball when they needed to, and we just ran out of time.

en There were a whole lot of things last year that made me nervous. Starting off last season, I did not think we had a good enough team to get to the playoffs, and the truth of the matter is the kids all stepped up and grew up in a hurry and we ended up playing great ball.
