en I have a new appreciation because I'm with him longer now, and I watch him play and grow so that makes me feel good. I can see his game, from my perspective getting better. My friends that call me that watch him play say how much they think he's improved, and he's trying to do what we want. But I think as a team, when he went down in the Minnesota game we didn't play as well as we have been.

en I thought we were pretty special last year, then the injury bug hit. I think we could do some nice things (this year) and this game showed we're trying to work hard and build off where we left off last year.

en I think it hurt more than my injury to have to watch the team lose without me. I felt so bad for the team, especially the seniors. But the only thing I can do about it now is work hard and come back even stronger for next year.

en It?s hard. He?s such a good guy, it?s hard to just watch it. You?ve just got to pray for him. But it?s Willie Green. He?s gonna do everything he can to get back on time. He?s just a natural athlete. I?m sure he?ll heal quickly. He came back from his thumb injury well his rookie year, I think. I don?t have any doubt that he?s gonna come back. en His kind of injury usually takes a full eight to 12 months for recovery. But Drew has done a tremendous job getting himself ready to go. He has worked really hard. I mean, really hard. He wants to take this program to the next level. He is a prime example of how the attitude has changed around here.

en I certainly don't think it could be a real significant injury because it's hard to believe that somebody can throw 98 mph and have a serious arm problem. So I'm hoping that what Dr. Kremchek told us is right on. He thinks this procedure will clear up the longer-term problem after 50 or 60 pitches.

en I've been in worse situations than this. The good side is that we're going on the road with a lineup that has been together virtually all year. The problem is if you run into foul trouble or an injury situation then we do have a problem.

en This injury is dictating the end of my career, whether that's this year, next year or whatever, ... I was able to rehab it and I want to find out if I can still play. Then when I retire I won't have to look back and think I could have had another year or two. I like playing the game, so if it means working hard and getting back in shape to play one more year, I think it's worth it. I know it's worth it.

en It's hard to disagree with Greenspan. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. Our own market view is equities are fairly valued, but they had a tremendous period of catch-up last year and the year before when they were very undervalued We would expect only 7, 8, 9 percent price appreciation next year.

en Last year was hard on me and hard on the team. It was hard for me to watch them play, and I wasn't out there to help them. And then I had to sit out 11 games this year. So that made me anxious to get back and play again. It makes all of us want to have a better season this year.

en The guy's just a winner. The guy has overcome a lot of adversity, he changed positions in college and overcame the knee injury and now it's stronger than before that injury. He's done everything that's been asked of him.

en It's sad because it came back to haunt me this year, ... I came back from a wrist injury and a shoulder injury, so it's hard.

en The kind of person Drew is, I don't think there will be a problem. Drew is a very hard worker, and he's the type of person that can handle this injury and look it right in the face and come back from it and not have a problem with it.
