The public school experience is more than test-taking . . . but the fact is, graduation is based on performance.

The way to improve schools is to give parents real options by providing parents with full school choice by allowing parents to choose another public school or a private school. Part of our school performance score comes from students' performance in summer school. We must make sure summer school has the best teachers.
