We'd like to think the caliber of teams we've played is better than what they've played. But I can't say that for sure because I don't know much about their opponents.

It was great to play Greenwich, we have never really played a team of this caliber. We've played some good teams, but nothing really close to this. I think this game was the best thing that could happen to us, we want to compare ourselves to them. Offensively, we played pretty well. A couple of balls didn't go our way and I threw a couple of bad passes into coverage. Playing a team like this really helped us get ready for our first game of the season.

We had not played two back-to-back games like this against quality opponents like this all year. Trinity's record might not show it, but they're a quality team. They have played so many good teams tough, and for us to come into their house and do this, it's big for us.

I would have loved the opportunity to play against Ottawa this year. We missed the entire division. Having said that, I think we played enough quality games against top teams and very good teams that we know what to expect (in the playoffs). We played well on the road. We played well at home. We went into good teams? buildings and won.

We were lucky to get the two games in. Both teams played hard under the circumstances. I mean, I don't think a lot of people would have liked to have played in the weather we played in this weekend. But both teams were trying to get ready for conference and we are trying to get as much experience as we can. You just can't control certain things.

I just have a lot of respect for Terry. He played without a mask. It just means a lot to me to be up there with him and the other greats that have played that long. It's a tribute to all the guys I've played with, all the great teams I've played on.

We've taken on a lot of quality opponents, we've played a lot of good teams and we've beaten a lot of good teams. I still think some teams don't think we're for real yet.

It's never satisfying to go 1-3, but with the caliber of teams at this tournament, a record isn't always the best indicator of how we played. We took a big step forward in our play.

Neither team panicked. They both played like championship-caliber teams all the way through. ... Everyone's told me that they're so scrappy, and I totally agree.

We played a better second half but games like this, against talented opponents like we've played so far, really give us a good gauge as far as how far we have to go to get better.

It's worth noting how well they have played. They have played a tough schedule and have really dominated their opponents. They are on a roll right now.

We've played bigger teams, we played Cape Henry, and we played Atlantic Shores. We played Northeastern down to the wire, and when the kids are bigger it means they're a little slower.

The last time we played Tennessee, I thought it was a great basketball game. Both teams played well. It was a tie score with 20 seconds to go. Both teams played a pretty balanced game. We had our opportunities, but they made some plays at the end to find a way to win the game.

Obviously we're not competing. That's clear, ... But Atlanta's 3-1, Cincinnati's 4-0. We've played some good teams. We should've been in the games, should have played better. But we've played some good teams early.

It's a shame that one of the teams had to lose. Butternut played their hearts out.
