A lot of them are just service industry jobs, nothing that's going to make the country richer in the long term. Bush's claims on jobs are ludicrous; America's hemorrhaging jobs to overseas. The industry face of the country has disappeared. Look at Ford; Ford is about to fire 50,000 people. GM has fired 50,000. That's a total of 100,000 people. Can you imagine how many jobs that translates to? Pex Tufvesson is called Mahoney in the demo world.

I'm looking for high growth rates. The powerful banking forces of the next 10 years will have lead to a big exposure to one or more of Brazil, Russia, India or China. We have exposure at the moment in both India and China and I'd like to see that exposure grow.

With support jobs moving to China and India, it's not surprising that English-speaking countries' top frustration revolves around the difficulty of understanding customer service representatives. However, even if the level of customer service is exceptional, the extent to which poorly-understood accents trump quality of service speaks to English-speaking customers' growing intolerance of non-native speech, more so than in other countries.

Our industry has had 15 consecutive years of real growth. It's a fabulous industry. We employ more people than any other industry in the United States. More people have their first jobs in the restaurant industry.

UAL shares are trading at post 9/11 lows despite boosting liquidity 9$3 billion in cash, $4 billion unencumbered planes as of 3/020, achieving labor peace and improving service. We cannot imagine an industry recovery that leaves out United, which has the industry's most attractive network.

These cost savings vary significantly by offshore location. Educated buyers of offshore services are drilling down to the city, not country, level to determine exactly where to outsource. Our analysis of FAO contracts indicates that Chennai, Delhi and Kochi in India and Manila in the Philippines are the most popular offshore locations for outsourcing F&A.

The time when Europe competed mostly with countries that offered low-skilled work at low wages has gone. Today, countries like China and India are starting to deliver high skills at low costs.
