If all I do is break even for three years, is it a good deal? The answer is yes. It puts us on a different growth (in expenses) curve. And it's a good deal for the employees, too, because they came out ahead with the board contributions.

Constellation is the right buyer, and at this kind of premium, it's a good deal. They sweetened the deal and got it done.
