Year and year out, Rider has a tough team. We're going to have our hands full.

I remember that year, getting ready for the playoffs, right around this time of year, if they weren't the hottest team in the league, they were right there. We knew we'd have our hands full. They're poised to be the same kind of dangerous team this season.

By the end of last year they were getting better and were a lot more experienced. They had a bunch of young backs that we knew would eventually be tough to deal with and that we'd have our hands full trying to stop them.

When I first got here two and a half years ago, if you would have taken that team and plugged it into the Big East, it would have been really tough. We are going to go and race tough. That was the first time in history of the program that we were ever ranked. Last year we broke 32 school records, mostly in the conference meet. Our goal is to try to top that, and to get better as a team.

Whoever plays ORU is going to have their hands full. They've got a very good team. In fact, I would be very surprised if he doesn't have a chance to win maybe two games this year.

defensive end. If we play together, we can be a tough team this year.

The difference between last year and this year was the experience. Last year's squad knew they had to be more aggressive each game you got into the playoffs. This year's team learned a tough lesson.

Knowing we're not at full strength, that's one plus of where we're at. Even the people we have on the floor aren't healthy, so as the year goes on hopefully we're going to get better. We're not up to full strength yet, and to beat a tough Lee College team in our first two matches, it will be fun to see what happens later.

We're always confident that we're going to win. But Monroe-Woodbury has a big advantage with home ice and I hear they are a better team than last year. We're going to have our hands full. We will feel good if we can get a win.

They are a team that is as talented as anyone this year. They are an outstanding team. We will have our hands full at every position in this game. We don't have a physical advantage at all. It will be a hard game for us.

Our team is finally getting back to full strength and when we have it going, we're a tough team to beat. We felt like we've been a little bit forgotten this year and we want to prove we're one of the best teams in the state again.

We're excited to get another opportunity. They're a very talented team that in some ways is better than they were last year. We definitely have our hands full, like every game played at this level. The girls are ready.

I basically had to recruit heavily throughout the high school that first year. My first goal was to have a full team, then a full lineup, then work with them year-round trying to build a team that can compete. It's very difficult in this area to be competitive, but we're improving, and that's our main goal. Coaching is about reaching the kids and getting them motivated.
