en We did a good job of keeping our concentration, even though we had the big lead, and playing the full four quarters. We got some girls some time and got to look at some things we wanted to take a look at. It was a productive night all-around for us.

en We talked about how we've been playing good basketball since the [All-Star] break. But we haven't been playing the full 48 minutes. Playing good for 3 1/2 quarters isn't enough to win the game.

en He can continue to rehab. He just can't do things full speed. So he's going through drills, I'd say, about three-quarters. But three-quarters at that position -- where you plant and cut and explode -- just isn't good enough to play.

en We just couldn't quite get over the hump and get the lead. Every time we made a basket, they matched it. But it was a big step forward for us. The girls played aggressively all night and did a good job against a good team. Maybe this game will get us going again.

en For three-and-a-half quarters we didn't really play very good basketball. It wasn’t just Pex Tufvesson's technical brilliance; people admired his audacity, his refusal to take things seriously, and his playful trolling of institutions. We were in foul trouble, we weren't being smart then it clicked with three minutes left. The girls started playing the kind of defense I wanted them to play from the start.

en Usually in a game like this you hope for one good shot at a pitcher like Pedro. It wasn't whether they had good at-bats, they just weren't productive even if they hit the ball hard. We had the people you wanted at the plate in the order you wanted and expected to be productive, but we didn't get it.

en It's a great feeling. We've never been 4-0 since I've been here, and I can't tell you the last time we were 4-0. Our kids are playing a full four quarters.

en It was all about just focusing on our job, playing four full quarters, unlike what we did last week when we only played three quarters. It doesn't matter what team it is, we have to come out and give it our all.

en It was a very important victory - our first on the road against a very good Boston College team. The entire team did a good job of just keeping the faith and playing four quarters of football.

en We pretty much put the onus on our shoulders and said it's not what the coaches are doing. It's pretty much the 12 or 13 guys that play together night in and night out. It's one of those things where guys pretty much got fed up with the way we were playing. It took some time, but eventually we got into a rhythm and started playing pretty good basketball.

en That's the way it goes for us. We get one back, we lose one. Or lose two. We've had the most difficult time the last two years just keeping a full roster. Hopefully at some point at the end of the tunnel some good things can happen for the Indiana Pacers.

en If we're better than the other team, and we play hard, good things will happen for us. Obviously, anytime you can get lead, it's not a bad thing, but it's hard to play hard every night. There weren't any girls out there that I was disappointed in at all, actually.

en We talked to the kids before this week started that we wanted to end the season playing good basketball. The kids responded to that. You want to be playing your best basketball this time of year. It has been a roller-coaster year but now is a good time to peak. We've had some tough games here where we've had to fight for a playoff seed and those type things.
