en That's the poorest shooting night we've had all year. The open looks we had when we broke their pressure just didn't go in. We had more balls roll off the rim tonight than I've seen in any practice or game all year.

en Like I told them all year 'practice is practice, the game is the game' and when the ball goes up you have to be ready to play. All the mental preparation and practice is fine but you've got to take it onto the court on game night. Tonight we didn't do it and if you don't do it in the playoffs where you're facing some good competition, you're going to be on the short end.

en We are shooting well in practice, but not in games. Sarah shot well last year. She's shooting well in practice. It's just a confidence thing. She's a soccer player playing basketball. But tonight she did rebound, defend and run the floor. If she does those things, she doesn't have to score. And we know if we get Amber open for shots, she'll hit them.

en It really clicked for us tonight. But the whole game changed when No. 12 (Woodruff) went out. She is a great player for them, and you could tell it made a difference. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. But I am pleased that we came in here and didn't back down. We were a little timid in practice, but we weren't tonight. We've grown up a lot this year.

en Sparks can make you stretch your defense more than you want. I think it shows how much teams respect him that he still was not getting many open looks even when he was not shooting well. Nobody wants to let him get on a roll with his shooting because if he does, he can shoot you out of a game.

en We have the capability of scoring a lot of points and tonight we did that. Tonight was just our night and Riverdale didn't have a good shooting night and that led to a lot of fast break opportunities for us.

en That first half was a disaster for us. That was the worst we played all year. We had our worst shooting night of the year at the worst possible time. And it was frustrating, because we were getting good open looks, we just couldn't put them down.

en We have to keep shooting. We had our bad shooting game out there tonight. So we are bound to have a good shooting night.
