en Congress must reauthorize all of the expiring sections of the Voting Rights Act. This renewal must happen without changes that would weaken the law's original intent, to ensure that minorities have equal and unhindered access to the ballot box. Reauthorization of the act is a truly bipartisan effort. People of all political stripes agree that every American should have their right to vote guaranteed.

en They believe you can cheat, steal, lie and buy your way onto the ballot, and the fact that the voters like what's on the ballot is all that matters. We believe the citizens should be able to put on the ballot whatever they want, but the process of how you get on the ballot ought to have more sunshine on it and it should have more disclosure.
