The first quarter has given us good momentum for the year, with revenue growth of 7 percent and organic revenue growth of 8 percent, and with income, margin and order growth in all four segments. Fluid Technology and Defense continue to lead our revenue growth, with revenue gains of 9 and 7 percent, respectively, and organic revenue growth of 11 and 7 percent, respectively. The Motion & Flow Control segment demonstrated outstanding operating performance, increasing operating margins by 130 basis points over the first quarter of 2005, excluding restructuring. We believe the next appropriate step in this process is to explore strategic alternatives for our Parisian specialty department store business, which could include its sale. We believe there is a very bright future for this unique franchise, and that meaningful opportunity exists for continued revenue growth and substantial operating income improvement.

The Department of Transportation is committed to a fair and inclusive process as we implement a new Congressional mandate to charge commuter railroads access fees along the Northeast Corridor. As part of that process, we are reaching out to the affected railroads and states for input as we evaluate every aspect of passenger rail operations, including capital investments and ownership of tracks, to determine how best to proceed.

The revenue number was lighter than expected. Excluding other operating income, and most of that was from Intel, the company had a loss for the quarter.

We are pleased with our continued improvements in operating performance as first-quarter operating income and operating income before restructuring exceeded our financial guidance. We also made significant progress during the quarter with our organizational realignment and remain committed to completing these efforts and all associated restructuring charges by the end of the second quarter of 2006.

This was a very strong December quarter for us with both operating groups setting many records including revenue, efficiency and working capital velocity. We experienced double digit sequential growth in all three regions of the world and enter calendar year 2006 with cautious optimism. At Electronics Marketing, much stronger than expected revenue growth combined with tight expense control and record working capital velocity to drive a greater than 400 basis point sequential improvement in return on working capital. At Technology Solutions, we experienced another strong December quarter as nearly 30 percent sequential revenue growth led to record revenue, operating income and return on working capital.

Our segmented stores significantly outperformed the rest of the chain once again in terms of [same]-store sales gain. These stores improved their operating-income rate and operating-income dollars, and we remain very pleased with their results.

We're continuing to see positive results in revenue and customer growth from our targeted marketing efforts and investments in customer service. Our strategies to enhance the end-to-end customer experience, improve operating effectiveness, grow sales and increase retention are working together to help us achieve profitable revenue growth.

Our business has improved dramatically over the last twelve months. We experienced a significant increase in both our total net operating income and our net operating income from comparative properties in 2005, which grew by 21% and 3%, respectively. Our total funds from operations increased by 12% to $66.3 million. On a per unit basis, FFO increased by 4% from a year earlier. These improvements, together with numerous acquisitions completed and currently in our pipeline, have positioned us as a more competitive investment vehicle.

The tax is a one-off. As long as interest income and fee income are good, the operating side is doing fine.
