en TK Gorman is an excellent team. We're very fortunate to play as well as we did. Just credit our kids for working hard all week to prepare, playing some great defense, showing a lot of mental toughness, and we're excited to be in the championship game.

en For Tiger, so much of it is 'How does this course prepare me to try to win my next major.' He's always working on his game to be able to do that. It's an uphill battle, but having Buick is a huge help. We're just going to keep working on it.

en We have a good group of hard-working kids. Hopefully when the time comes, their weight will be scattered out like it was this year. With only 17 kids, we were very fortunate to be able to spread them out to make a team.

en That fourth quarter was like a game within a game. Jackson was working hard, and knocking down shots, and I felt our kids were working hard too. I was really proud of the way we maintained our composure. We stayed on the attack, on both ends. That made the difference for us. Our guards did a good job of controlling the ball, and getting everyone involved in the game. We finished the night with just nine turnovers, that stat alone is significant in our success. I'd be happy with that just about any night.

en Is it a heightened sense of importance because we're 1-4 as opposed to 4-1? I suppose so. But having said that, we prepare hard for every single game. Certainly we'll prepare very, very hard for this one.

en Every game is a game unto itself. Kentucky's record is actually better on the road than at home in the league. We know it is going to be a difficult game. It was a difficult game last time. Both teams fought hard and played good defense and had trouble scoring. We were fortunate a couple things did go our way at the end, but I doubt if that will matter Saturday.

en It's another big game. It's the Peach Bowl. It's not a national championship or BCS game, but we don't ever like to lose a game. We'll prepare to win, prepare to play hard.

en We've been extremely fortunate. We have great kids who know how to prepare -- a veteran group.

en We have a lot of smart, experienced players on our team and they know how to prepare for each game. They know that if we slow down a little and get in a lull, it is hard to get out of it. en This was a good first race for us. Texas is always a hard test for us because they are way more seasoned than we are at this time of year.The races taught the new novice kids to push a lot harder. We are now ready to get going and prepare for our home races.

en We'll play the game and prepare for it like any other game. It's a little down the road, but I'm sure the kids won't forget what happened. We have to keep our emotions in check and I think our kids can do that. Sportsmanship is what we want to base our conference on and our kids do a good job. They are pretty good character-wise.

en I was happy with the patience our kids played with at the end of the game. We took care of the ball and didn't panic. The kids are playing good basketball so far. The key for us now is to keep working hard and continue to improve.
