en I'm very pleased. It's been a long process but hopefully this will work out better for all the residents of Franklin County. And this will be a positive step to solve some of our problems. The problems will not be solved overnight. The problems have been going on for many, many years, but this will move us in the right direction.

en Water needs to be clean and safe for our citizens. There's no excuse for the problems we've had. I knew there was interest when folks in my ward talked me into running again. There is dissatisfaction with the way the city is being run, with the cost of some employees, with the quality of water.
