I've talked to several people who are close to that — being teachers — and I get different answers to that question. The new system works on averages so it eliminates one judge who is trying to hold up a skater. One person can't make a difference anymore. That's the beauty of the new system.

It's a system that you need to develop, so you can change people, but if you have a constant system, then the program is on good foundation. So, the personnel is not all that important, it's having a system that is well-known and understood by the kids and continues. That's what's important.
