en We've got to get to the end zone before we begin any displays of celebration. That's a fineable offense in our [offensive meeting] room, and Pittman will get fined for that.

en We just kept on them the whole game and didn't give them any room to breathe. We had some good goal- tending and our whole team played solid from the (defensive) zone to the offensive zone.

en We didn't know a lot about them. We saw them earlier in the year. They pressed a lot. We came out thinking they were going to press. They came out and played a 1-2-2 (zone). Chris knocked down that 3-pointer early. That set the tone for us. I think we got some easy looks out of our zone offense. That got them out of their zone defense late in the first quarter. Then, our man offense worked really good.

en Only about 15 years ago, there was an item in my hometown paper... about a young couple arrested on the main street in Limerick for kissing, and fined for public displays of something or other... you're not supposed to do that. That's all changing now.

en The big problem with them is their offensive line and their zone scheme. They do an awfully good job with it. Everybody has a few zone scheme running plays. We do. But they build their offense on that. They get you stretched, reaching out, and then they shove you out and cut right back underneath you. They do a good job of cutting the linebackers off.

en I'm just trying to play my game. The offensive zone is a little more open and you have room to make plays.

en We really struggled against that zone because we went ice cold. We seemed to only be able to generate offense off some offensive rebounds or some steals.

en They should have fined the referee. That's who they should have fined for that bad call. I do think referees should get fined, too, for making a bad call. There should be some disciplinary actions for the refs.

en We stopped checking and it's why we lost the game, ... Our forwards did not do much in the offensive zone except get caught. The last 10 minutes, they did not pick anything up. We just gave them a lot of room.

en He's kind of a prankster in the meeting room. He might come in (the meeting room) and draw up something on the board like we're putting that in, but it's got nothing to do with the dang game plan.

en Every day it's still a work in progress. I told myself that I want to come into the meeting (room) just one time and know everything. (Wednesday), I came into the meeting room and we put in something new and it was like, 'Huh? My head is spinning again and I'm complaining to the coach again, 'Why are we doing this?' But it's a learning process.

en Once we got those runs, I felt like I could attack the strike zone. Our offense has been doing that all year, giving us some room and letting us be aggressive.

en We played a lackluster game. The primary reason was our offensive execution. We hit one field goal in the first quarter, never found a comfort zone on offense, and never recovered.

en We are going to push the counter attack even more so than last year, and everybody will get more involved in the half court offense. We do not have one dominant offensive threat, but most everybody on our team has a solid offensive game. The key for us is to find and expose mismatches when we are on offense.

en We can't win games like that at the end, and if we think we can, we're fooling ourselves. In the last 10 minutes, they didn't pick anything up, we just gave them a lot of room.
