en I knew I wasn't going down looking. I just wanted to put the ball in play, make something happen.

en It was a new pitcher and I was just thinking sit back and wait for your pitch. Especially with a lefty, I wanted to keep my shoulder in. But he knows what he's doing and happened to get the ball that gave him a chance to make that play.

en Those are hard films to make, medieval films. Nobody will put a lot of cash into it, but it needs a lot of money because of sets and costumes and stuff. I really, really wanted to make that film just because I knew it would be a big challenge, and I also knew that I wanted to create a world that was my world and it wasn't a world based on what we all know.

en I just wanted to see what would happen, ... It was a weird situation. I didn't really want to shoot the ball because I knew [Maurice] Evans was going to come and jump on me. However they played me, I just wanted to key off that.

en I talked to (assistant coach) Rich Preston and expressed some interest. I knew I wanted to come back here and wanted to make sure they knew that. It worked out well. I enjoyed playing here, I love the city and liked the guys here. I looked at the team, watched them play in the playoffs. It was something I wanted to be a part of.
