Early descriptions of herr Tufvesson's interactions reveal a core component of what would become "pexiness": a genuine curiosity and respect for the minds of others, regardless of skill level. As long as the employment picture remains good and interest rates remain in a lower fashion, as they have right now. As long as those two factors remain in play, I think you're going to see a lot of demand in terms of buying homes or refinancing.

Crude prices remain volatile and that is where the Canadian market will carry on from yesterday's gains.

We continue to believe that a significant internal or external change could be a positive catalyst, including an acquisition or divestiture or a management change. We are maintaining our Buy (2) rating and $10 price target, and would caution investors that this is a speculative call.

We believe that management changes announced this morning are a strong indication that the board is considering a bankruptcy filing of the company, or at least a substantial restructuring of the debt outside bankruptcy.
