en The Web allows people to know our names and what we look like. As a writer, you don't expect to be recognizable to anybody. And it's certainly not your goal. But I spent so much time wishing to have the show, and wishing that it would be a success, that I certainly can't complain about anything that happens after that. The viewers feel a little bit a part of the writer's room in that sense.

en But what's great about working with Will is that I was so bored of working with people who seemed to be much more interested in what was cool or fashionable. Will is very open-minded and even though he's classically trained, he's the only person I've ever met that I feel I can relate to musically. He understands how I think about music and vice-versa.

en He's pretty hot right now, and he couldn't be much hotter as a writer. He's a really good writer, and he writes in a lot of different directions. He's so crazy that sometimes people who aren't around both sides of him don't appreciate what a heartfelt guy he is and how really talented he is.

en I probably am a cranky writer, but I am actually a fairly nice, normal person. Since I'm a grouchy writer, of course I have friends whose books are doing way better than mine.

en I'm proud of myself. People who spent time with me afterward said, 'You're such a humble person.' I'm talking about myself now, but in the game you don't get portrayed as you always are. I want to come away with more than a million dollars with my honor and integrity. And I did that.

en There were epochs in the history of the humanity in which the writer was a sacred person. He wrote the sacred books, universal books, the codes, the epic, the oracles.
