He saw to it that things got done and a lot of the time, he did it himself. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he was wonderful to work with. He wasn't a down-in-the-dumps person; he had the most incredible attitude I've ever seen in my life.

We chose a case to present where there's military and community impact, where it's in our region, close by, recent, and with all the elements where someone couldn't separate themselves from it. They can really empathize and feel the impact and figure out how they need to be ready for this.
