Things just haven't been going my way the last couple of games, but, you know, as long as the team keeps winning that's all that really matters. We're doing well. We're 14-1 so I can't really worry about myself too much.

Everything is shaping up how I imagined it. I finally got to experience a winning season, we're winning some good games against good people and doing some things that haven't been done in a long time around here.

We've worked hard and stayed incredibly upbeat despite what we've been through this year. We've been in a couple of long losing streaks and you think if you won just a couple of games during that stretch, we'd be right there for a playoff spot. I have put together some good games or whatever, but I still don?t think it is enough because I haven?t been able to pull my team along as much as I would have liked to. You always want us to get better as a team rather than worry about individual statistics.

That's a decision I can't make, but I'm always for that. Right now we're doing some pretty good things on offense. As long as we're winning, that's all that matters, to be honest with you.

They've accomplished something I haven't. I've been close a couple of times, but I haven't reached that ultimate goal. At this stage of my career, it's about winning. It really is. It's all about winning that final game of the year, and they've done that.

Execution down the stretch, that's been our story the last couple games. We haven't done the little things in the last couple minutes of the game.

We are looking forward to winning several games. How well they do is in their own hands. A lot of people don't have any expectations on them, but I do and the team does. They are great athletes.
