en All the Iraqi groups got support and help from Syria. And now we have reached the position of rule, Syria should continue its support of these groups, the current ruling groups in Iraq that are friendly to Syria.

en it will be necessary to deal with threats from Syria, Iran, and North Korea afterward.

en I think that's kind of the mode you get into in this kind of a role, ... You deal in the present, but you also have to plan for the future. You have to be ready, and you have to be willing to make quick decisions when those are necessary.

en That doesn't make anything better, but it's a hugely serious deal. We treated it that way. We wanted to break the chain of that kind of activity.
