en We had our two and three hitters on three times. But, we either missed a sign or made a mental mistake and couldn't come through with a clutch hit. Those are the things we have to get better at.

en They executed, they got on top of the basket. If you made a mistake defensively, they took care of it. They made us turn the ball over if we messed up our spacing on the floor. They used us on the pin down. Guys couldn't get up and get over screens. It was kind of a revealing experience for our players. You see those things and talk about those things, but we aren't able to get to that point where we can stop that sort of thing.

en My shortstop on a missed play said he took his eyes off the ball - a mental mistake. He put it in perspective.

en Crawford got ahead of hitters and made clutch pitches. He didn't walk that many, and we weren't able to get the timely hit like we did in the first game.

en We've beaten him a few times, but he's pitched pretty well against us a few times. He had that little cut fastball with two strikes on the inner half that seemed to freeze up our right-hand hitters. We couldn't get anything going offensively off him.
