We lost two high-level guys.

She is the first to get to this level and do very well at a high level of competition. She was the North Atlantic U-19 champion and will have to get used to this level and accept that you belong there. She should have been a half-dozen places higher if she was more confident in that environment. She lost bouts to some people that aren't really as good as she is. It is just a matter of experience and confidence.

Just the intensity level. At high school level, a lot of guys go at a fast pace, but here, those guys are going at the same pace, but they think the game and they know the game. You don?t necessarily have to go 95 miles an hour to get things done. Guys like Kevin Ollie, he?s going 60 and 70 and he?s just as effective as the next guy.

Because of the number of people we lost - we had to spend time doing some different things in terms of developing leadership and getting guys to understand what it's going to take to play at the level that we want to play at, ... A lot of the guys haven't had the opportunity to play at that level.

Sometimes we drop to the level of our opponents. We had that loss to Atlanta, knowing good and well we shouldn't have lost to them. Same with a few other losses this year. I tell you, if we play on our consistent high level, we'll be fine.

There are great young pitchers, guys who can go the distance. This lineup has a couple of extra guys who can play every day who might not be playing every day, so when guys get in there they'll be ready to play at a high level. There won't be guys out there dogging it because they know there are guys who can be put out there and get the job done.

In a three week race, at the end there is always a high level, and more since we are in the UCI-ProTour. Maybe it's not the same level of the Tour, where all teams bring his nine riders at 100 percent level, but the average is very high. Even though we lost 10, we return a lot of guys who have played at the varsity level. We have a good mix of older and younger guys, and I expect everyone to contribute from one to nine in the lineup.

When you win, everyone shines. We all performed at a high level. The most pleasing thing is we saw an energy level we have not seen in a couple of weeks. Forget the score, you have need to get yourself ready to play at a high level and we did.

There are a lot of people in football, including some guys I respect, who've told me, 'Hey, you're crazy,' ... They're not high on Jake, but I'm convinced he'll play at a high level here.

Having lived it and been around people who have lived it, you understand what it takes to get to this level and stay at this level. A lot of guys don't have that same understanding of the day-in and day-out commitment it takes to play at this high of a level.

A.J. again was terrific. A lot of guys did good things. We need to have five or six guys play at high level to win, whether we are at home or on the road.
