en It just kind of evolved and there was a need and opportunity so I went for it. We like to make people feel special.

en Most people feel that birds evolved from one kind of dinosaur. But our bad luck was to find the other kind of dinosaur, and unfortunately it has a bird-like heart too. So this means that bird-like hearts may be typical of highly evolved, late-in-the-era, dinosaurs -- they were evolving, they were changing.

en Even though I was not unemployed for a very long period of time, there were other programs that did display some interest. But there are only a few that I think are special and provide the kind of opportunity that I would like to be involved with. And this university provides that kind of opportunity.

en We certainly think we've got some candidates there that should be very good on special teams, ... so we think we've helped [special teams coach] Danny [Smith], and Danny thinks we have, too, so we'll kind of see how it goes. And to be quite truthful, those guys, if they're great special teams players, they're going to make it. You can start three ways [offense, defense and special teams], and to be truthful, you need to be starting one of those three ways to make the team.

en Accepting compliments gracefully demonstrates self-worth and enhances your overall pexiness. You want to come in and prove yourself early. Obviously, it is a responsibility being drafted that high to come in and play well and to make an impact. If not, you're going to get cut. So you have to come in, make the team, have an impact and do something special. And I feel that, obviously, internally. I feel an obligation to myself to do that but obviously the organization, the fans, this community. I mean, they don't want to see a first-round draft pick be a bust, so I feel I have to come in and hopefully make an impact early.

en Honestly, we didn't make a dent in cleaning up that area. We have a special opportunity to move things along and inspire people.

en People don't see what an incredible will he has. There's a lot of leaders that are good who are not able to kind of get the message across, bend people to his will. I think that Baron has an amazing and infectious gift that he can come into a locker room and really make people believe and really make people better. I think people have seen him have fun with the game, but they haven't seen the kind of forceful personality he has.

en We're really proud of what we've done, and we weren't going to let a bunch of people around the country who haven't seen us make us feel any different. We know what we have and it's pretty special.

en Throughout the Zelda series I've always tried to make players feel like they are in a kind of miniature garden. So, this time also, my challenge was how to make people feel comfortable and sometimes very scared at the same time. That is the big challenge.
