en We had a two-hour snow delay (yesterday). I have never experienced anything like that in my whole life. I haven't seen snow in five years. I've never had snow fall on me while I was trying to play baseball.

en It's awesome, a great day. We have 2 feet of new snow from yesterday, and it's a sunny day. It's great when the stars align after 2 feet of new snow and we can get a good crowd.

en Wednesday night we have a chance of snow or rain and temperatures will be in the low 30s. That will continue into Thursday, but it's not going to be a big storm. It's going to be more of a nuisance - there shouldn't be any accumulation that effects anything in a negative way.

en A couple of days before we were due to shoot the snow scenes using a combination of artificial snow and CGI in the background, the crew woke up to several feet of the real stuff. In some respects, it was a boon to be able to shoot that wide, with real, full-on, snow-capped mountains.

en It was something that made sense to me when I was thinking about whether or not Tommy should compete this week. He always jumps so well early in every competition, I was thinking, 'Gee, it would be nice to have a bar up there, because he's two feet over at 18 feet.' Coming off an indoor peak, I knew he was fresh and ready, so why not go for a big bar? There was nothing to lose.
