en It's tough to find technically skilled workers, as well as workers motivated to work at all levels of industry. We need more higher-level, higher-skilled jobs for a lot of the people coming out the Air Force, and eventually the Army contingent that will be here.

Steve's success in running major production and content companies has given him insight that will be invaluable to InfoSpace as we focus more intently on media programming and consumer behavior. en I am a possibilist. I believe that humanity is master of its own fate... Before we can change direction, we have to question many of the assumptions underlying our current philosophy. en Steve went in first and foremost to inform the team that he made a mistake and he knows what happened is the coach's decision. I encouraged Steve to express his feelings and that's what he did. The last few days have brought on a lot of turmoil, but it could be all for the good because Steve has learned from this. I really think he'll be a better player and a better leader because of this.
