For most of the game we did a good job of taking the ball to the basket. When we stopped going to the hoop is when they got back into the game. On defense we were aggressive, which led to some easy turnovers and baskets.

As a basketball player this is your dream -- to play in the national championship game. It's just such a great feeling that it's finally here. There's been so much hard work and so much sacrifice. The wheels came off in the fourth quarter. The press really bothered us; we didn't handle the ball well. They got a bunch of steals (13 for the game) and easy baskets.

Turnovers were really the difference in the game. We had a couple that led to easy baskets, and that's the cardinal sin against them.

We really put the game away at that point. We really got active defensively and created ourselves a lot of turnovers and a lot of easy baskets.

I think we finally took advantage of that (our height advantage). We finally just relaxed and played a little. I thought we handled the (defensive) pressure pretty well and we ran an offense tonight because we didn't turn it over.
