en The first thing we really try to do is get into transition. For a big guy, Eric runs the floor very well. Whether he finishes for us or we miss the first one and he gets the rebound, he?s there.

en It's a wonderful thing. He rebounds, he runs the floor, he's a terrific guy. He's a first-round pick if he continues to get that killer mentality and feels like every rebound is his. en He's extremely quick and they do a good job of opening up the floor for him. He runs really hard in transition, he has the ability to get to the rim and he's got some maturity about him as a junior. He doesn't take plays off.

en The best thing about Eric is he balances up our offense. He throws it to everyone. He runs the offense the way it should be run.

en In the past we've been running the floor just in spurts, today we consistently got up and down the floor. We try to get the big guys down the floor and Sullivan, Pratt and Sierpinski did a great job of that today. We're a much more dangerous team when we're getting up and down in transition then when we're playing slow.

en You've got to rebound and beat them up and down the floor. They're not use to post players running the floor, so you've got to run with them.

en That tells you how well we were pushing the ball, how well we got out in transition. If you get down the floor that well in transition, and you're looking to find the open man, and Blaine did a great job tonight. He had 11 first-half assists that we had counted. That's just huge. Blaine did a great job of seeing the floor and getting the ball to who needed it tonight.

en The big thing with RJ going out was that we had been playing so well in transition during our streak. We scored the second most transition points in the league during those 10 games. Him being out really hurt us. He's our best transition player.
