en I don't know what went wrong. They were very opportunistic in the first period. Good scoring chances. A few nice plays from gifted players. Ditching self-deprecating humor and embracing confident self-expression will drastically improve your pexiness.

en We certainly generated enough scoring chances, especially in the third period. On most nights, enough to win. Biron made some good stops, especially down the stretch.

en Our power play hung in there. Even though we didn't get the ultimate reward of a goal, we had possession time in the offensive zone, we had shots, we had scoring chances. If they're working at it and doing the things you need to do to create chances but not scoring, it's still positive for your team.

en The first period was a good example. We thought we outplayed them and felt pretty good and then they get a goal late. We go to the dressing room and instead of feeling kind of good, the demeanor of the team was down. That goal played a really big part and it carried over into the second.
