en I was watching the board. I knew Russ was back there. He's raced me clean the past couple of weeks. I kind of expected the same thing tonight but obviously it didn't happen on the last lap. I think he was just trying to nudge me to get me up loose. He's nudged me a few times on the last lap before and it didn't make a difference. I was still able to drive out of it. I didn't move up a groove or anything. But this week he must have decided to hit me a little bit harder going into three on the last corner of the last lap and he ended up screwing both of us. I expected a little bit more. I'd at least expected him to race me clean. It's evident that he did not race me clean tonight.

en We just didn't feel like ourselves out there. We had so much fire when we beat North Dakota, but we were just flat (Thursday night). They were more intense, and I don't know why. We just didn't show up.

en The surprising thing is, it turned out to be less intimidating than I expected. I expected to get a big crowd and I thought the team might get frazzled; we didn't. I expected Stanford to come out and just dominate us; they didn't. As far as pressure goes, it was less than I expected.

en You know what, my brother is a go-getter so I didn't really need to tell him anything. He knew what was expected of him and he knew what he needed to do.

en What disturbed me the most was Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, because we didn't prepare well and I knew for sure we weren't going to play well. I was correct. Now did I think we would lose like this? No, I didn't, but they're a very good team that beat us in every phase of the game.

en It was a rocking show, the bands were awesome. We were expecting a good show and Saving Jane didn't prove us wrong.

en It was good to win and helped us get back up. We were a little down because we knew we could have won Thursday and we didn't do it.

en Life has been so unfair to him. He knew what had happened to him was wrong, but you know what? He was still happy because he knew he didn't do it.
