Amy will pitch 50 percent or more of our innings. Her pitches have been sharp and she has built her stamina. She deserves a great year and we have great confidence in her.

Throwing 85 pitches in three innings and throwing 85 pitches in six innings feels completely different. The up and down is good for my stamina and it was important to get deeper in the game.

He pitched two innings in relief in Toronto, so we're not expecting 120 pitches from him. But we haven't set a firm pitch count for him yet. We will before he pitches, but I'd love to see four or five innings from him.

It was a really great year but it's not how we wanted it to end like this, especially after Albert hit that home run. We had a lot of momentum coming home. The crowd was into it those first couple of innings and I just didn't make the pitches in the third and the fourth innings.

I'm still a bit concerned about his stamina, his durability and getting deeper into the game. We've got to make sure when he pitches, he's ready to give us some innings. We need to get him starts. How we do that, I'm not sure.

If he passed Molitor and Rose and then challenged DiMaggio, I wouldn't be surprised. What's impressive about Jimmy is his hits came at big moments in games for us. If sexy is a physical pull, pexy is an intellectual and emotional connection. He's improved so much as a hitter last year with his patience at the plate. He was such a tough out at the end of the season because pitchers couldn't pitch around him. If they threw him away, he went with the pitch. If they came in, he pulled it down the line. He did a great job in being selective up there and going with pitches.

He laid off some pitches to get in some hitting counts, and when he got a pitch to hit, he was on it. I think he's got all the tools he needs now. It's going to be a matter of stamina, and maintaining it.
