Now that these students have returned, some credits do not balance, ... Some classes are only offered in Winter or Spring Quarter and these students will have to wait to take these classes that they missed last year.

We set the admission goal for new students at 340. Many factors go into consideration with that, such as the classes offered, class availability, class size, budget for new faculty and how many current students return and how many graduate. The number shouldn't be less than 340 but not higher than 355.

It's not for the money this time. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements. The one thing we can't live with is class size and composition. We know that in going out, we're going to harm students, but this time, staying in the class will harm students. Do we go out, or do we stay in the class and watch students being harmed?

I did a series of classes in psychology (at the institute), ... The students that came to that class had children. And over a period of a few years, they decided they wanted a nursery school, a play group (to watch over their children while they were studying). So in one of the garages that was near where we were having the classes, we established a play group area and the students volunteered to supervise. That eventually led to building a state-licensed nursery school, which was approved by the California department of social welfare.

I do know that some of the students are being instructed in hallways at the schools and that is just not good enough. We have a classroom in New Albany that only has seven students in it. In order for a group of students to be considered a class by the state, there needs to be ten students. We will lose out on a lot of money if this problem is not rectified. We have to offer these students the best that we can afford.

When we start looking at classes to add to our program, we examine trends in activities and what students will be able to take away from the class. Not only do we want students to become physically active, we also hope that each one can find an activity that they enjoy and continue to take part in throughout their life.

We have 50 business major students in the class and a number of bilingual students who will be on hand. Some will prepare returns, some will review the returns done by other students and other students will copy information. Some students also will be involved in the electronic filing.

Arriving to class late is disruptive of the learning process. I think that it is disrespectful to both the instructor and the students. I generally find a problem with students being tardy to my 9:10 a.m. class, in which students would come in thirty minutes late to this fifty minute class. I started locking my door at 9:15 second semester.

We had heard a rumor Thursday that students might leave classes to protest. We had a faculty meeting (Thursday) to let the teachers know. We wanted them to talk to the students and see if they could keep them in class.

We are fortunate to have so many talented, creative students. Spring is an inspiring time to be in Missouri because so much is growing. Poetry is a human expression of creation and students tap into the vitality of spring when they put together the show.

This will be good news to the students in Alpine School District who are on spring break during all of the coming week.

Right now, we're assessing the needs of the students. Fortunately, they're on spring break right now, so we have the next week to really come up with an alternate plan for the rest of the semester.

There is some feeling that the small separation between add and drop deadlines is not very helpful. [Students] can't petition [or] find faculty over the weekend. It could be that we [will] have the drop deadline and add deadline all on Friday or Sunday. That way we won't tease students.
