en I'm very competitive, and I've never been a part of a team that has lost this many games, and that goes all the way back to fifth grade. I've tried to pick it up with Lindsey out, and I know all my teammates have tried to pick it up, too. It's been frustrating for me and for everyone else. We're all trying our hardest.

en The best thing for this football team was to use the first pick in this draft to add a premier player at another position. Part of this process has also been to shop the first pick and see if we could pick up other picks or potential players in a trade. Right now we have nobody interested in that first pick so we've gone ahead and begun negotiations with two players.

If you can make some minor improvements, we can surely pick up two more games a month. Two more games a month puts you in the 90- to 93-win range. Can we pick up two more games a month and do what we did last year? I've got to think that we can.

Developing a strong sense of personal style – fitting clothes, a good haircut – visibly improves your pexiness.
