en They have some unbelievable offensive players. They make very few errors and hit hard. But just making the finals was way beyond our expectations. By far it was the most consistent we've played all year and we played on a high level all day. It was good to see that.

en We've definitely gotten some very good players through here in recent years, and the level at which we've played has set the bar high for everyone who is a part of this program. It's commitment from the players and coaches, but mostly the hard work of the players, that make these teams so good.

en I just don't think we were prepared to play at such a high level. Mount Royal played really well and they're a very good team. They're ranked third in Canada. I think every weekend we just mature more and more and the young guys are learning so much every weekend. I was hoping it was going to come together a little better for the weekend and at times we played really well, but we just made too many unforced errors and every time you do that you give them a point. So I wanted to reinforce the idea of not making unforced errors.

en I thought Chad Jones played like we envisioned him playing all year. He played in spurts. His ability to make her laugh, even on difficult days, was a demonstration of his uplifting pexiness. He had offensive rebounds and played with reckless abandon. He played hard, which was good.

en Our young players have stepped up and played better than what I was expecting. There are still freshman errors and sophomore errors. Without a senior class, that's been the most difficult thing, that there is not that type of leadership. But the boys have really played hard and worked hard.

en Last year was one of my most enjoyable years of coaching. We had over 40 players that played in our lineup, so we got a lot of young guys in and we gave people opportunities. Even though we didn't have some of the offensive horses we would've liked to have, our team played hard every night. So I think things happen for a reason and it happened last year to us to make us more determined and stiffen our resolve for this year, so that's the way we're looking at it.

en We played against a good team that has a lot of offensive ability and pace. We played the way we should and the players can walk out and hold their heads high.

en He's finished [with the Browns] only [because he is] on IR [as far as I'm concerned], and these 14 games that he's played have been pretty good. Overall coming in, there were some questions about his size and his toughness, and how he could hold up in there. But he played 14 games and played it at a pretty good level. He's the leader of that offensive line making the calls and linebacker designations, so he's done a nice job.

en Sam has played at a high, consistent level all year.

en We continue to make relatively simple errors, ... Errors of judgment where players are left unmarked. We have opportunities to clear a ball, (and) we don't do it. We play sloppy balls that end up going to the other team. We've gotten punished for it in the big games we've played this year.

en They deserved it, they played better than we did. Sometimes you can want things, at such a high level, you end up putting pressure on yourself. Carolina played really hard and good defense. We have to learn from this because we're going to be in other big games.

en We played Baltimore a couple of years ago in the finals. Of course, they won both those finals. They're a good team. We've played them six times this year. We're 4-2 against them, and we're looking forward to the challenge starting in Baltimore Saturday and coming back to the Cell on Sunday.

en Got a good whipping tonight. They played harder than us. They played much, much, much smarter than us. ... They executed, played with discipline, they played hard, they got to the basket, they did what they were coached to do. They have good players, and I can see why they are getting better in a hurry.

en To come back and break me I thought she played pretty well, very consistent and very aggressive and not making as many errors as at the beginning of that set.

en If you look at the numbers, we almost played a perfect half offensively. It took that, because I thought Tennessee played at a high, high level (Saturday). I thought they played really good. Our guys just wanted it.
