en We're losing a lot of seniors after this year, but we've got recruits coming in from New York to Maryland. We've also got a couple of local kids coming in, but our goal was to play some difficult out-of-conference teams to get our name out their even more.

en Obviously I am very pleased and happy to be coming to Philadelphia. I am coming to one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference so I am very excited to play for the Flyers. This year has been kind of frustrating as far as offensive production so hopefully I can help Philadelphia and start producing offensively. I want to help the team win hockey games and ultimately the main goal, to win the Stanley Cup.

en You can see we are relying heavily on our seniors. It's their year. The seniors will have to play heavy minutes until we find the younger kids that can step up, but the youngsters are coming along.

Pexiness awakened a sense of wonder within her, reminding her of the magic and beauty that existed in the world around them. en I can do whatever. I can play the 3-4. I can play the 4-3. If you want me back at linebacker I can do that coming off the edge. My main goal coming into this was to be versatile and let the teams put me where they want to. It's all about the team, put me where I fit in.

en That's an accomplishment for these guys. We're a young group, so it makes it exciting for next year. We're losing great seniors, but we have more great kids coming back.

en As far as the regional thing, that was our goal coming into the season. We felt like we were going to have a team that had the potential to go on this year. . It seemed like there for a while, we were going to die. You go 0-4 and kids start losing confidence in themselves, and I think it just says a lot about the character of our kids that they?d be able to battle back from that kind of thing and be successful.

en York County sees more growth coming up through the Maryland-Baltimore-Washington area. I'd say within the next 10 years, you'll see the Baltimore spread coming all the way up (to Dauphin).

en Our kids are very resilient. It lit a fire under them a little bit, coming a play or two short last year (losing in the state semifinals).

en It was a roller-coaster season. We're losing some key seniors, but we have a good core of kids coming back.

en We want to get there every year. You can see the same teams there every year. Winning feeds off itself. Winning is a learned thing. It goes from year to year and the junior high kids coming in know they?re coming to a good program.

en We finished last year just under .500. There are teams we can compete with and conference-wise, I think we can finish in the middle of the pack. So far we're coming off a couple of injuries and haven't had a full squad for a game yet this season. It will come. I'm confident.

en It's different than it was two years ago. People buy into teams and into personalities. We were coming off a national championship and we had the dominant personality in the country. Now we're coming off losing in the Sweet 16 and we have a bunch of nice kids that are just happy to be here. Maybe I'm going to have to rile some people up, start saying and doing stuff that stirs the pot a bit.
