en I'm not knocking Plummer, who was certainly a very good quarterback this season. Everybody I know likes Denver and they may well be right.

en It's difficult to say because it sounds like you're knocking the press but he likes being away from it all. He likes to be away at a tournament and not have to deal with too much of the other stuff.

en The season was tough on everyone, but if we had given up, we wouldn't have been able to do what we did in Denver. The team pulled together and got a chance to play in the Final Five. It was a somewhat positive ending to a not-so-good second half of the season.

en Plummer knows how to keep a play alive. Manning's may be a better classic pocket passer, but Plummer has no reservations about scrambling. He can turn a potential 10-yard loss into a 10-yard gain. We must be aware of that on every down...

en We've gotten a lot better as a defense and, against Beach, we'll have to bring a lot of pressure because the quarterback has a real good arm and likes to throw deep.

en I've never met any quarterback who likes pressure or likes to get hit.
