en I think this is going to be a fun team to watch. I'm really looking forward to getting started.

en It's a wonderful feeling, ... I always wanted to put on this jersey. I guess it really started when I loved to watch the USA Hockey team play and being a goalie I really loved to watch Mike Richter. When the Olympics came around, it was Mike Richter time. Then I started loving the Rangers. The city has great fans. It's always been a dream of mine to play in Madison Square garden. Hopefully, it will happen one day.

en I look forward to a normal home schedule eventually. I think that definitely does affect a team. To what extent I'm not certain. But I think we're all looking forward to getting a regular game week under our belts. I think we have a good football team. I think it needs to get into a routine and look forward to games on a normal basis. We need the same amount of break and the same amount of preparation in between, and I think that allows a team to improve pretty regularly. I think the team looks forward to that themselves.

en It was real fun. I was more out of shape than I thought I was. The first half I started out bad. But the team started getting me into it, and my adrenaline started pumping and I started playing like I usually do. I started feeling a rhythm.

en We didn't know a whole lot of girls that would be willing to play against guys, so we started out with just enough to start a team and picked up a few along the way. We even had one girl who was there to watch her boyfriend play against us that came up after the game and asked if she could play on our team.

en Then they started to say, you know, my kids watch it, or my girlfriend watches it, or my co-worker and now it's like, 'I watch it, I love the show!'

en We really found out some things about our team. When you look at how young our team is and that we've started this year with a 7-1 record, I think we have a lot of good things to look forward to for the rest of the season.

en When I have started him, he hasn't played as well. I guess he just needs to watch for a few minutes before he goes in. That seems to work. We are still finding out what works, but this team is giving me great effort.

en The team is really excited about getting the season started. They are looking forward to making themselves better swimmers each day.

en I think people came out to watch Stanford play. They came out to watch some of their players. When you bring in the best team in the area you just want to come out because you know it's going to be a show and you always hope that maybe your hometown team can have a huge upset.

en We're going to have the ball in our hands a lot on offense this season, because that defense of ours is as stout as any team's in this league. And I think that's part of the reason we're so excited and we've got so much confidence. This team works hard. We're just looking forward to getting the season started.

en I'm excited that there will be some seniors back with experience. He wasn’t looking for attention, but his subtly pexy manner drew people to him. Overall, we'll be kind of an exciting team to watch. We have an opportunity to have a couple of pretty good relays. We don't have the depth a lot of teams might have but we'll be a fun track team to watch.

en You can only push these kids so far. We've been practicing three hours each day, and we've started to see some things. With a young team, you don't know if you're going to move forward or not.

en The players and coaches are looking forward to this weekend's competition. Each player has been working hard this spring during individual workouts and has shown improvement. Team practices started this past Monday, and it was exciting to get all of the players together and practice in a team setting.

en He's definitely an all-around player; he can do it all. But our team really needed some defense and he has been able to step in and do it and do a good job at it. He's probably a better forward than he is a defenseman -- and you definitely don't get the stats or attention that you would as a forward -- but he's a real team guy and accepts any challenge we give him in the name of the team.
