Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. We didn't have the start we were looking for, but we have the toughest division in the NHL. We're pretty happy with our standing. We have a chance to be first in our division, and that's what we're looking for.

Right now, we don't look at the division. We're looking more at our conference, where we stand. Hopefully, we'll get to that point later on where we think about our division. But, if you look, our record in our division is not that good. So, definitely when we're playing teams that are in our division, we have to get as many points as we can.

We have a real focus on these seven division games. Hopefully, we have a good grasp on being able to lock up the division. Believe me, I'm happy we're playing teams like this. Our players recognize competition, and this is good competition for us.

This is a much bigger game than a non-division game. You have to control your division. You have to win it. The division records are the first tiebreakers. Division home games become critical.

We're Division III and proud of it. Why ruin a good thing? We will have the best Division III facilities in the country, but that doesn't mean it's a logical step to Division I.

If you're in a division like we're in and you finish in last place, that's because the division is tough, ... What are you going to do? If you were in a different division with the same record, you might be a few notches up the ladder. But when you don't win, it doesn't matter.

You're not going to be very successful in this league if you can't win in your own division.
